I took my son in for his very first haircut and Megan was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and made him feel completely comfortable the entire time. She really took her time and made sure everything was perfect. It meant so much to us that his first haircut experience was such a positive one. Only giving 5 stars because my usual stylist, Megan, is always on point! Went in for a haircut for my son and i… unfortunately Megan was off that day. Decided to chance it and went with a stylist named Shannon. TERRIBLE customer service!!! Even worse haircut!!!! She did not know what she was doing and when i tried explaining that to her she had a very nasty attitude and said it was “just the way my hair is” Unbelievable! Will NOT ever go to anyone but Megan again!!! If she is off, I will wait until she comes back. Get Shannon out of there!
